Software providers have traditionally delivered their software solutions by installing and supporting them on their clients' internal computers and networks. While that works fine for some, many of our customers don’t want to hassle with maintaining their servers. Some of our clients have little staff left over to handle these issues within their company. With SPIDERtel’s solutions, we host all applications locally – in our Network Operations Center. This allows the clients to host with a LOCAL Application Service Provider (ASP) and to avoid the expense and complexity of running these systems internally.

Services can include upfront cluster architectural design and consulting as well as installation, configuration, load balancing and ongoing managed services.

There are two ways to host with SPIDERtel. The first is to host in a shared environment. This means that more than one company will use the server. These systems are maintained by SPIDErtel at no additional cost to you, just the monthly fee. The second way is to provide a server and co-locate in our Datacenter. The costs, and administration access, are generally higher for this type of hosting, but you get the entire server and all the hard drive space. This means that you can host multiple Web sites, domains, e-mail accounts, etc. and SPIDERtel will be availabe to keep your systems up and updated at your request.
